The Moody family has cared for Isla since she was an infant and have been waiting to have her adoption hearing, but courts were closed because of coronavirus restrictions.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">But they just made things official in a Zoom call and social distancing guidelines kept the Moody\u2019s from being able to throw a party, but their loved ones gave the family a special celebration.
